History

Truck Service, Inc. (TSI) has a long history of service to its customers.  Our shops have roots that date back well in excess of 70 years.

Four of the six shops that make up the TSI family have been under common ownership for more than 25 years.  Cleveland Spring, EAB Truck Service, Indianapolis Spring and Horton Truck Service date back to the early 80's when they were part of the Truckpro group of companies.  In 1995, Truck Service, Inc. was formed by three former Truckpro executives.  TSI purchased these four repair centers from Truckpro and has operated as a separate company since then.  Warner Spring and Truck Service Noblesville were added to the TSI family in 2008.

Cleveland Spring has been in continuous existence in the Cleveland, Ohio area for more than 70 years.  You can view our December 31, 1937 Balance Sheet if you want proof!

EAB Truck Service is named after its founder, Edgar A. Brown.  Like its sister company, Cleveland Spring, EAB has been serving customers in the Cleveland market for over 50 years.

Indianapolis Spring was incorporated in 1936.  At that time it was a subsidiary of Trainor National Spring, a manufacturer of leaf springs and related parts based in New Castle, Indiana.  It has operated continually since 1936 as a spring and suspension specialty shop in Indianapolis.

Horton Truck Service is named after its founders and has served the Jacksonville, Florida market since the early 1960's.

Warner Spring is named after its founders and has operated in the Indianapolis market since 1974.
